Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Staff at Holy Cross College regularly participate in many faith formation opportunities, including an annual Staff Faith Formation Day, retreats, pilgrimages and formative experiences offered by Sydney Catholic Schools and our Patrician network. The opportunities empower staff to be agents and witnesses of the new evangelisation and ensure the legacy of the Patrician Brothers continues to burn bright at Holy Cross College.
College staff serve as role models of faith for our students and are active members of the liturgical life of the college. They are active participants in the ministry of the college and regularly lead aspects of our Wednesday morning masses and other significant celebrations throughout the year.
